Black

Hugely popular with the cruiser crowd, probably because it gives a sense of rebellious foreboding to your 9-5 accountants who've always dreamed of being a Darth Vader. Researchers say 36% of crashes where a cager fails to notice a motorcyclist involve black bikes. BE VISIBLE!

White

Heroes wear white hats and rush in on shimmering white horses. Maybe you were trying to associate yourself with purity, or was that Miami Vice?

Red

The color of passion, you're not compensating are you? Its meaner than green and screams excitement, like red heads and little red dresses. Red screams speed, projects action, power and masculinity. Definitely compensating..

Green

It calms by association with nature and tranquility. Actually it just means you ride a Ninja.

Blue

Mans favorite color. Blue means loyalty, faithfulness, trust and sincerity. Blue is calming and secure, yet is the hallmark of GSXR's everywhere...

Yellow

Hi-Vis attention getter, no safer color than mellow yellow. Yellow is a cerebral color associated with confidence, decadence and snobbish pretentiousness. No wonder Lamborghini has made a career out of it.

Orange

Orange people are extroverted, flamboyant and risk takers. They do laundry poorly and dishes even worse.

Kawasaki Ninja is only offered in green and grey right? So does that mean that you have to choose between being clam and tranquil, or rebel who dreams of being Darth Vader?

I do wish that Kawasaki would offer one or two more colors. Blue and red would be nice choices.

I will say that I would rather have a silver/grey ninja than a blue one. But the blue does look good. I think that just one more color would be great. But you can always take body color into your own hands with mods. How would you go about changing the color of your Ninja aftermarket?

Well, now I know that there is probably some hidden reason I am drawn to ride one of my bikes versus another on any given day --- my mood draws me to the color of the bike. And here I always thought it was whether I was going to be touring, riding dirt roads, or strafing apexes.

Had four blue bandits in a row -ordered the green Kawa for a change and for good visibility - and its out of the crate and being put together. Had a Red 800cc VFR and then the 1200 bandits so I am hoping the Kawa is in between for riding position but far better than either.

No I have not a had test ride. No, I haven't even sat on it !

However, the spec and the glowing reports are good enough for me. It's what I would have specified in my dream bike

I know I will be chuffed.

I wish the Americans planned their roads like they do in England (follow the drunken cow path)- but they don't - straight grid lines for miles around. Got a green luminous (Hi-vis) jacket too so the flying green bogie look will be complete

Not sure why the front mudguard(fender) is black in the US but green in Europe...praps too much green is a bit pukable
