Tail tidy and pannier issue

Hey guys, I obviously wasn't thinking when I got an incredible deal from my dealer for the Kawa panniers. I had the Motodynamic fender eliminator kit which can re-use the stock turn signals, but the problem is that the turn signals now moved far towards the front of the bike now block the panniers from being put on. Even if I redrilled holes in the plate support and moved them as far inwards as possible, they still get in the way. So asking anyone who wants the same clean look I want, plus still being able to use the panniers what they have done to accomadate both issues. From my own research so far, it looks as if Evotechs might work, stating it works with the panniers, but looking for all possible solutions from the knowledge base. Unless it's possible that there's some turn signals our there that's be a solution using the MD tidy I already have. Anyway, open for answers if you've got some, and much appreciated. The mini war has been won. Installed the new Blaster X tail light, then dealt with getting the untried panniers on and functioning. Tell you, Kawa's are boss, so nicely thought out, one key system, locks to the hand rail, goes on and off in a snap, what's not to like? Here's a couple of pics and I was in fear I'd think they looked super bulky and take away the bike's elegance, but happy to say I think they look excellent. Also of important note people, I already did some high speed riding, and I am not sure I was able to even notice their presence even at some 150kph long sweepers, another feather in their caps.

Thank You for the report and glad you got the tail and bags worked out. I've had my 2020 with bags north of 230 k/ph and it was stable.

Glad you like them!! One concern I have while looking at the pictures though. Maybe it's just the angle, but it looks like your left-side exhaust outlet is exactly in front of the side case. Definitely be careful about that. The cases aren't designed to take direct hot exhaust right into them. Hopefully it's just a weird angle in the photo.

You're definitely correct about the proximities between the 2 things but the picture really exaggerates that. I rode a fair distance in fairly hot weather yesterday and when we stopped, checked for that, and it wasn't very warm at all considering. I assume it's to do with air dispersing the heat, plus those pipes with the carbon fiber shell tend to stay pretty cool.

Just a thought put some sort of light on the panniers with a plug set up and the same for your stock lights

Greg, what do you have in mind that wouldn't leave cords hanging if you removed the bags? I like the idea.

I bought my c14, used. It's bags have a reflective kit. It's black colored, reflection stuff. Never thought much about it until I followed the bike, at night. At that point, the bike was about as noticable as this sign. It looks great, I think.

This sign is real. It's in Elko, Nevada. Our Hotel was near this place, and had terrible parking for large vehicles. The goal was always to get up early and get a picture of someone's personal service truck under the sign, or with the sign in the background.

At that point, hit "reply all" and send it to everyone in the company.
