That link doesn't pull anything up bud.
Got these. Love them.

hmm yeah i guess the link went dead..:(
Yep, those are them! I dont think there is any diff between the pre 13' models and the 14'+ models as far as turn signals go..for 35 bucks i think its worth the shot! :D
I bought some from ebay when they first came out. They dont fit quite as well as stock.

They are a big bowl of ok, and thats it. They might look a tiny bit better, but the signals are much more dim.

On a one to ten scale, they get a five for trying.

I wonder if led versions are better as far as brightness goes?

dang...i wish i knew there were others. I only saw two diff kinds and they looked identical.

Either way, I might just stick some ultra bright LED's in the fronts and call it. Ill post up some pics after i get them installed.

This.

I think my turn signals are plenty bright even with the tinted lenses but I'd rather spend a few bucks on brighter LED replacement bulbs than $73 on a set with a fixed set of LEDs built in. My .02

I bought some LED bulbs for my stock signals. I plan to make use of them as they would match my other LED conversions (once all is said and done)

It looks like those would allow me to make use of the stock bulbs (and so, my LED replacements)
Question please......There are almost 100 of these on ebay. Clear, smoked. Anywhere form 25.00 to 50.00..

So, why did no one try to make them smaller? To stick out less?
Most of the ones I see are all stock replacements with different reflectors or bulb types.

Why they don't stick out less, I am unsure. You're talking about wanting a flush-mount style? That would be nice. I like the stock housing's reflection though - for visibility purposes.

I'll probably still get the smoked and use an LED.

I would love to find mirror block offs that would be suitable signals as well. Similar to this:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000WJ946A/ref=s9_wish_gw_d9_g263_i2?ie=UTF8&colid=2A0JT2OPQXEPN&coliid=I3W598K7997SWG&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=desktop-2&pf_rd_r=16Z0D0ZJG7DGWR7RKXQZ&pf_rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=2091268722&pf_rd_i=desktop

Unfortunately, it looks like the mirror plates on the 14 N1K's have multiple flat edges, and most of the block plates I find are simple ovals (and so, would not fit perfectly)
I see this thread is a bit dated,,. Just wondering as a follow up if anyone has tried the smoked LED's,,. I wondering if they are a step up from the OEMs in terms if brightness and quality,,. They are not much more then the none LED version shown here?
Any options for the back? Can you add LED bulbs back there?
I would love to try them, but nothing is worse than cheap LED bulbs.

The smoked lenses I bought take stock bulbs. Once they are smoked, they are very dim as compared to stock.

These scare me because if they are not bright, your screwed as you cant even substitute a stock bulb to at least get something.

But could you instead replace them with a different LED then, for the sake of getting a solid/quality bulb?

Yes, it would cost a bit more, but for the smoked look and quality light... You'd have to pay.
Hi MikSchultzy
Yes my concerns exactly, hence my question,,.
I was hoping to find a review somewhere, where someone has tried them,,. At first I thought the LED would be naturally brighter however I now understand that is not always the case,,. There is always a possibility of a flasher issue as well so it might be safer to buy the ones shown earlier on the thread, These are as cheep as 54.00 US,,. But no reviews anywhere?

Have yet to come up with something for the rear?
Hi RC I didn't see your comment,,. Yes exactly my concern,,. I will look for a reference on the LED's before I buy,,.
Did you try to locate a brighter bulb for for your incandescent type?
Also
Did you once post a link for a tinted rear OEM turn signal replacement,,. I think it was Germany? I cant find where that was posted?

Thanks
I dotn remember where i posted that......think "z1000sx" and "winker" I think thats how i found them.

I have no idea what to look for to find brighter than oem bulbs?

This will be easier for the rear "lenses" These shoudl drop right in place.

Thanks for the links RC

It was this style http://www.madhornets.com/front-or-r...mPEaAqGX8P8HAQ
But just the lenses and they were like $26.00 plus shipping from Germany,,I remember replying that I wouldn't want to pay that for lenses,,.
However its actually the cheapest option if you want to stay with OEM and just change the lens(one screw), not the wiring,,.

How bought VHT night shades paint on the OEM?

Cheers
