Used my panniers yesterday loaded to 25-30 lbs each. Think that exceeds the load limit(?)
Got up to 90 mph (oops, thanks Ivan for making this thing a rocketship) and bags stayed on without issue...
Yup. I think the stated limit is 15 pounds each (give or take). I don't know what a 12-pack bottles weighs, but I've had one in each side case and been just fine.

I've used mine for grocery trips when I was a bachelor. Works awesome for a single guy, haha

A lawyer made up that number
As with pretty much the entire owner's manual. Specifically the break-in procedures (this is a point of major annoyance for me).

So my saddlebags come with a warning of "max speed 130kmph". Is this one of those recommendations like the gearing shifting speeds in the manual or does hte bike get a little unstable with the bags at higher speeds?
I've been to 130mph with mine, 15lbs on each side, no issues. Ofcourse I wouldn't do it all the time. Also depends on the weather, if windy, I wouldn't go past what's recommended.
