R&G Rad guard install

I just recently purchased an R&G rad guard, but am having an issue with finding the top two radiator mounting bolts. The instructions that come with it are useless. I can see where the radiator mounts to the frame but I do not see the 2 bolts that I can remove to attach the guard. The lower one is obvious and easy to get at, but I cannot see the top two. Do I need to remove the lower fairings to get at them?
Cheers and thanks in advance!

I believe its the right side (feel down the steering tube) but its one long bolt that needs to be removed, top of the radiator and yes, the whole side fairing must be removed.

IIRC (at least on the 2011) the right side isn't actually a bolt, but it is a stud that you slide the eyelet over.

You are correct Norskie!
FYI,

I just completed this install and there is no need to remove the fairing to install the R&G rad guard. It only took about 10 min to install.....5 min fussing with the top bolt trying to line it up correctly.

Looks great installed and it's my first mod :)
