I hated the way the clutch lever stuck straight out but the brake lever was angled down like every bike I have ever owned. The tab that holds the adjustment wheel on the clutch cable was the whole reason it wouldn't go down any further. I removed the tab and cut it in half. Then I bent it back straight and reinstalled it. It let me lower the clutch lever to match the brake and it looks and feels much better now. Very easy if anybody wants to do it. All you need is a 5mm allen wrench, phillips screw driver and some cutters.
