Really digging my NK1 20' . The only thing that kinda bothers me is the cut time on the up shift using the QS. Seems to me to be too long under WFO. Front suspension drops rather quickly but picks back up. Not unsettling but weird.

My 18 Triumph Striple RS was seamless on the up shift. I know it is apple to oranges comparing the two. Hopefully when Ivan cracks the code for the Gen 3 and the ignition cut time can be adjusted,

If you order, just ask for the Ninja 1000 size. He has that spec as well as the c14 sized. They are different.

Thanks for the link. Got one on order. This should eliminate the delay by taking the slack out of the shifter.

I played around with the shifter while out riding this weekend and found if I loaded the shifter to take the slack out then when I was ready to shift I gave a quick flick and no delay.

The rose joints we have are not very good, either. Those have some play.

It's pretty tough to compare anything to a Triumph quick shifter. They're one of the best in the business.

Ok, installed the Murphs bearing upgrade kit this afternoon. Took about 15 min. Would have been shorter but I couldn't find a 10mm socket. !! It did take a good bit of slop out of the shift lever.

Was grabbing my gear to take the bike out for a quick test ride but the bottom fell out and it pissed rain with a bunch of lighting for about 2hrs. Not complaining we needed the rain.

Gonna ride with one of my Ducatista friends ( 2008 Multistrada S 50K miles) down to the coast tomorrow for a seafood lunch.

I'll report back with my post ride findings.

Well no trip to the coast for seafood. Weather was looking nasty so I did a 1 hr zip code ride for T&E.

The shifter feels more positive in the movements up and down using the clutch. Same when using the QS/AB. Still some delay when kicking it up with QS at WFO, but it seems better. Placebo effect, maybe. Worth the $27.00. Most definitely
