Perry, shame on you for not starting it up and riding into the sunset!
Are there any in the shops, yet?

I was speaking with a dealer a couple of weeks ago and the ordering process is now closed. Only a certain number of units were allowed to be ordered; once the number was met that was it.Perry, shame on you for not starting it up and riding into the sunset!

That's a good point... here's an article on the H2 that compares it with the zx14. The H2 is a really cool bike but there are some proven land missiles out there that compete at a much lower price.I lost interest in the h2 when it turned out to be so heavy. When it got that heavy, it made me want that green, 2012 zx14 even more.
Coming to the Ninja 1000 after owning a couple of ZX14s, I agree 100% with what 1cobra says. The long wheelbase on the 14 makes it a real challenge in the twisties. Also, you really can not ride that bike slow. I mean, at all. You're in first and the next thing you know you are doing 50 MPH in a residential area. Not cool. Is the power of the 14 addictive? Oh yes. But as pointed out above, the costs associated with it when you get caught aren't worth it in the long run. Insurance is much cheaper on the N1K too.Hi,
The zx14 is a great bike but is a longer wheelbase and all top speed, 200 MPH ! ......can't use it on the street. The ninja 1000 turns and handles a lot better than the 14, ideal for street use. The cops will impound your vehicle here if caught going 30 km's over the speed limit so even the ninja is breaking the speed limit in 2nd gear.
The H2 is a great engineering vehicle, maybe some stuff will end up on some street bikes.
It is very limited production and will never see one driving on our roads.
Perry.
