The valve stems on the N1K tires make checking the air pressure pretty difficult. What gauges do you guys use to get good measurements? I like to check my pressures weekly or biweekly.

I have a digital one. It's about the size of my thumb and has an angled tip. No problems using it.

I use an Oxford tire gauge. I've had it for a couple years and it has served me well. I've thought about grabbing a second one to keep on the bike.

Ditto....same one. Works fantastic. Plus, if you overshoot the pressure in the tire, all you do is hold the end on the tire stem valve and push the air release button on the gauge slowly until you find the desired pressure.

I had a gauge I trusted once. I killed a rear tire in less than 1200 miles. Finally figured out the pressure gauge was off by 5-6 psi and dang was I sad. So I went and bought a high falluten motion pro super duper fancy gauge. Paid over a hundred bucks for it but it is calibratable and we have a calibration shop at work. It works very well.

I too like & use digital pressure gauges. Another suggestion, when it's tire time, mount some 90 degree valves. They make pressure checks & inflation much easier.

Oxford gauge

I decided on the Oxford gauge, and I like it a lot. Easy to use, and looks to be well-made.
