any issues you came across?
TONS of issues! Honestly, I will not do a write up on this because it was so extensive. It was taking things off, shaving down brackets, putting back on, checking, making additional bracket, testing, making new brackets, etc. I really would not recommend doing it. Go to the thread I started and vote on my poll. If I have enough interest, I may manufacture them for people. the same process should work for the z1000's.
I am going to have to do an integrated tail light for it. There's just no way to fit the turn signal stalks in with the bags, and trying to come up with a quick disconnect for the stock turn signals just isn't feasible. I still have to come up with a way to attach it at the bottom on the passenger pegs.
When they said the whole rear section of the 2014 is different, they weren't kidding. sub frame, passenger pegs, ecu mount, plastics, everything is different.
