11700 OTD canadian for a new 2013

Does this seem high to you folks?

I am coming off 3-4 years of no riding, from a CBR900 and am looking to start up the hobby again now that my son is older so this bike looks almost perfect.

I could go used but a few shops have some 2013's around. Should I hold off and look for a newer one in that price range? I know the CAN$$ doesn't help me much but thought I would ask.

I'm not sure what today's conversion is like, but a dealer close to me is selling white 2013's for $7495 US. That's not OTD, but it gives you an idea.
I am form canada, I got a 2015 not to long ago for 12 200$ before tax this includes 2 year warranty and I saw a few 2014's for $10 500 before tax if this can help you out. If i am not mistaken their were quite a few changes from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2015 not much.
where did u buy yours from ben37
I got mine (2013) in Montreal late in 2013 (just before Xmas). IIRC, it was just over 12G OTD. I think at this point, I think the dealer could do a lot better to get rid of it.

Moto Illimitées Terrebonne,QC have good prices and a good service. They still have a green 2014 listed at 10 200$ on the showroom floor last time I checked where are you from?
I am from Toronto Canada but have relatives in Montreal.

can u link their site?
I checked website don't see any remaining 2014 1000's though that place looks cool.

That's where I got mine. I do all my own service so I can't comment about them on that side of things.....

They have upgrades a lot in the last few years, if I would buy another bike I would definitely go their!

Seems high to me Jeff.
Do you mind me asking which dealership this is?

You won't regret choosing this bike.
It's a great combination of power and comfort.

I just bought a 2014 for $10,900. It was the dealers demo and has 1300km on it but that's basically nothing..

I found out today that the factory side bags are on backorder though.. Not impressed. I have a huge trip planned for next month and it looks like I'll be doing it with a duffle bag strapped to my passenger seat :(
