Markie the hamstrings job, as it relates to the knee, is to pull the heel of your foot towards your butt. Ultimately. One of the heads of hamstrings (there are two: bicept) does attach to the back of the knee. When you say bend the knee backwards do you mean hyperextend? The knee typically takes a one way trip- bends when your heel is approaching your glute or butt- so the only other direction is to hyperextend, or have your toes come towards your face with a locked hip, which is bad. They're not making you do this are they??

They probably had to cut that part of your ham that inserts at the knee during your surgery. It may not help pull the heel back (towards your butt), 0as much as it did before it was cut, just yet. That would make sense. I think we need a you tube of your therapy session at this point Better yet a "face time" session so we can yell shit at the medical staff

Hallmark may not be a good fit Rock. Maybe you should send a few to
[email protected].
They may even let you display to the eager public some of you other attributes if your willing to work the night shift. Hell you may even enjoy it.

@Mark59 hows the swelling? If you have that much range back it must be almost nonexistent.
Are you close to starting to work on strength in it yet? Figure body weight only first with stairs and squats maybe?

The swelling is minor Kenneth, working on strength now and stretching it, it feels so tight it’s hard to walk, feels like rubber, surgeon said knee cap was off 1 cm a little high but it will have to do, looks like I have another surgery next month on my wrist, the cyst on my wrist as growled around the radial nerve and right in the edge of the main blood gains running down your under arm part, it’s been aching and all the crutching pressure has made it large.

Mark, I hear that surgery sucks, too. Well, as if there is a good surgery...?

Rock , did you get your tires? I'm still enjoying the q3+ The sidewall is super stiff, and you feel everything about the bike. If the roadsmarts have that same sidewall, I'll put those on the 14.

Just got back with the family. We put down one of our labs a couple of hours ago. She was only 6. Doc thinks she was poisoned with antifreeze. Damn its hard putting a dog down.

I feel for you markone, I had to put down our 13 year old schnauzer and I held him in my arms while they administered the 2 injections, he went peacefully, but still hard to do, any idea who might have done it?

Yeah my wife and middle daughter who came down from Boston just to be there and I all held her. The wife and daughter were balling their eyes out the whole time. I tried not to.

No I don't know who did it. No one ever complained about them. I have a hunch but no proof. I will always wonder and maybe someday figure it out. But I can hear people say "they shouldn't have left your yard. My other Lab who is 8 is walking around the house looking for her buddy. The two where never apart. Man this sucks.
