Went to therapy this morning and went from 109 to 118 degrees flexion, only 12 degrees away from normal, yay

Oddly enough, 118 was also the local temperature....not really, but it's too damn hot to ride much at all. The tar snakes fell like jello.

Mark, you will have to ask them if the goal is 360 degrees, then act surprised when its not.

130 degrees is considered normal RC, if I can get rid of the tightness where they attached the tendon to the lower part of the knee it will be a game changer. It has something to do with the hamstring muscle, every time they bend it backwards the knee turns to steel. I’m going to have a talk with surgeon about it tomorrow. It’s crazy you got 118 degrees flex but after you walk for awhile it’ feels like 10 degrees.

that hamstring thing sounds wierd, That doc better explain that to you.

Rock the way the therapist talk those muscles are all tied in, they said the hamstring also gives your knee range of motion, I know it definately tightens shit up when they bend the knee backwards, that will be my main agenda with the doctor. Just my luck the hamstring is tied to the back of the knee and it is all tied in to help flex the knee. That explains why bending it backwards locks up the knee.
