Tail seat bag??

I saw this tail seat bag on a 2011 ninja on eBay. It looks like it socks over the rear seat giving a bag and more comfortable seat for the wife. I tried to google it with no luck. Just looking for some information on it. Thanks again in advance.

I am familiar with the air hawk as I have the front air hawk on my bike. I don’t think it is an air hawk. I am assuming it jippers open for a small storage while also providing extra cushion. It looked like a good way to store registration & phone. It might be custome. Thanks for the input.
