He's speaking a mile a minute, and my italian is not conversational enough to pick up that kind of jabber, but for sure the subtitles missed over half he was saying. The takeaway with the screen though was accurate enough. Couldn't fully understand the part with the vibes, but I think he did say it was worse at the 7k mark as compared to earlier versions. Can't be sure.

That screen is smaller than the hotbodies Venom. That's on odd choice. Maybe the focus is to sell the bike with the touring kit?

One thing that was mentioned in the subtitles though was:

"The vibrations are more controlled compared to the previous versions... even if there are a little more around 7000rpm at 160 km/h"

Of course the best reviews are always going to be owner riders who have had it for a few months or more.

The review I'm referring to can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XMrlhKE0JqQ
Ya really need someone thats been using the bike for a period of time to compare the difference or any improvement,,. A lot of this is subjective in terms of how the bike is actually being used,,.
I was hoping to hear from some of these reviews if Kawasaki had done anything different from an engineering perspective to improve some of the coarseness thats often been associated with the higher RPM range?

I am pretty sure I heard him say..." me go pee-pee in your coke.

So, the vibration talk probably means there is no rubber mount like the other report said? Then again, the versys people have the rubber mount and complain about vibration.

no coke, pepsi.

Hard to assess vibes until the breakin period has come and gone, so only riding it a month or more would really tell the story. Frankly, my '18 is just fine in terms of vibes, so I'm not overly concerned with that. I'm just glad it will be easier to swap our the exhaust on the new bike.

the kawi shield is $186. I guess they caught on that virtually everyone swaps out the stock screen so why not cheap out on it and keep costs down while offering an accessory.
